Minimum nights apply to all weekends, holidays and special events.
Holidays and special event weekends require a minimum of three (3) nights Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and PalWow weekend. Also three nights at Christmas and New Years for cabin rentals.
Two (2) nights all weekends. All reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 10% or $15.00 (whichever is greater) for each site canceled. Reservations canceled 14 days or less before arrival are not eligible for a refund of any fees. Reservations made within 14 days or less of the arrival date who cancel are not eligible for a refund of any fees.
